I picked up the 380 EZ from academy about a month ago when they had it for $299 + a $50 Academy gift card + S&W $50 visa card rebate, so $199 + tax for final cost.
It's the only centerfire gun my 83 yr old mom has been able to rack.

Trigger safeties aren't really a safety at all. Your index finger is the trigger safety on any gun.

I don’t think they are either but that’s neither here nor there.

But it’s not always improper trigger-finger discipline that’ll bite ya. Your finger doesn’t need to be involved in order for snagging that trigger on anything.
