The Space Force would all survive.
I hope this gets turned into watching out for near earth objects too and finds ways to protect against them. I know it is supposed to help protect against nuclear armed satellites that China and even N Korea are working on, or very high altitude aircraft and missiles both Russia and China are developing, but there is just as much risk from natural objects in space.
Even if some got off-earth into "space", where would they go ?

Load up a bunch of submarines with as many small, skinny, overly sexed people as you can and tell 'em to boldly go where no man has gone before. And then later, after stuff has cooled down a bit, just put them out on some nice tropical beach and start pro-creating the human race.

You couldn't properly fuel a rocket to get people into space in a week, so might as well enjoy a week of debauchery and partying prior to the big send off.
