Case is the same size as a pair of ice skates, didn’t weight much -- everybody was toting it around; It was worth $800,00 (1998 money), but the Irish and the Russkies didn’t want to come up with the money -- The CIA didn’t seem to care about it. No hazmat -- McGregor (Stellan Skarsgard) mailed it thru the French mail
