Hey, you left out Roy Clark!

From my previous posting:
"There are thousands more great players and a couple of dozen more that I like and have not listed. In my music files there is music from A to Z and all in between.
Alabama to ZZ Top."

You went there.

Roy Clark / Albert Lee / Danny Gatton / Duane Allman / Will Ray / Brad Paisley /
Jimmy Thackery / Albert King / BB King / Chet Atkins / Tab Benoit /
Walter Trout / Don Rich / Reggie Young / Bucky Barrett / Pete Anderson

I could make a least a couple more lists of My favorites.

He had his time in the spotlight. What a waste. Dead at 27 from a drug overdose. His music is still listened to today. I wonder who is getting the royalty payments.

Technically, it wasn't an overdose--although he had taken an overdose of a sleeping pill, he died of asphyxia from aspirating his own vomit while under the influence. What a way to go...

As for who gets the royalties, they reportedly go to Experience Hendrix, LLC, which was formed by his father in 1995.
