I wonder if they still use alcohol on a cotton ball to disinfect the IV injection site for the lethal cocktail?

We could save them some money.

From the linked article:

Earlier this year, Williams was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

I don’t get it; was he convicted of murder two for another killing, or was this related to the killing of Officer Terney? They can’t find him guilty of murder two for shooting Officer Terney, then say, “Oh, we changed our minds, it’s gonna be first-degree murder”?

On the channel 6 news, they ran a piece about how Terney's dog, which he'd just bought right before his untimely death, is going through K9 school in Tulsa with a Pott County deputy. The report said Terney bought the GSD pup, Onyx, with the thought of getting him trained for K9 duty, and the deputy who is in training with him was the one who took in Onyx after Terney's death.

I tried to find a link to the story, but it's apparently more important to have stories about Tulsa losing a football game on their home page...
