I have had good luck with Discount Tire in Moore. I'm in there often since I rotate every 5K. I used to be a Hibdon customer because the service was great! But over the years the wait for tire rotation and then tire selection dropped and prices started to creep up.

That’s just wrong. The DT here in Yukon has always done me right.
The one in Norman and the one in BA have both done me right, too. The one in BA actually "bought" one of my tires because it still had some decent life left (road trash had ruined its mate on the other side and the other two were worn enough to need replacing). It's not like they gave me a whole lot for it, but they're the only shop who's ever done that.

I use to go to Hibdons until they got rid of their manager. He was great and the shop was ran good. The one they replaced him with was a liar and a horrible manager. So I stopped going there. Only time I ever do is for an alignment because I have the lifetime alignment on my wife’s car. But that’s it.

In BA, They seem like scammers to me just from the few times I sent my kids and a young girl there.
Amazing how they give someone(me) a different price who knows what is going on.
I do like their warranty but you are paying for it with more costly tire prices IMHO.

I've been using Hercules @ 71st and Elm(161st) in BA.
They recently changed names so I am not sure what will change.

I bought 4 new tires (Protenza) from Hibdons (didn't hey sell out?) and they wanted to check my alignment at no cost so I let them. They came back and said the alignment is off and we need to do a re-alignment. I said ok do it. Got in the car and the steering wheel was cock-eyed-off center. So I took it to another ex-Hibdons tire shop and the resented the steering wheel. It was a 2012 Camry with 33,000 miles. I've never have them do an alignment check again!

I've been using them for several years, however, I don't intend to use them next time I get new tires. I don't like their business practices. If you are female, young, or appear to be naive, they will take full advantage of you. They charge dismount fees if they can get away with it. They don't quote the same prices for everyone either. The prices varies from saleman to saleman. It's also annoying they rotate staff about every six months.

The NW Expressway store recently balanced my truck tires. When I got on the highway, the steering wheel was vibrating like crazy. It was over five ounce off balance when I took the truck back. They had also broken a stud. I never had this much trouble before.

The first time we went to discount, they ruined one of my wife's factory wheels. They replaced it with OE. The second time (for a rotation), they ruined two factory wheels. They couldn't locate two factory wheels so they gave her her pick of a full set if aftermarket wheels on their website, mounted, balanced, swapped, and owned free. There have been many other smaller nuisances over the years, but I will say that they go above and beyond to fix the screwups that inevitably happen every time we go to a location.

Hibdons damaged one of my wifes wheels on her $65k SUV with 300 miles on it when doing a patch. Then they didn't patch properly. Got a leak in same tire, DT wouldn't fix due to the other shoddy patch. Went to Hibdons to make them fix it. Pointed out the damage the other Hibdons location did on it (minor) and asked they be careful this time. Guy said tough ****, normal wear and tear when mounting/fixing a flat. Only went there to save me from having to buy a new tire as the car only had 12k on it. Will never do business with Hibdons again (never did, don't know why she went there). This just reaffirms I made the right decision.
