Primary Arms makes a very good, budget-friendly set. Vortex Strike Eagle is OK but I think PA wins out. You might be able to find a Gen I PST 1-4 floating around still. The Steiner P4Xi is one of the best and it's usually floating around <$500 fairly often as well. Up from that the sky is the limit.
Vortex is the way to go.
