Indian 'nations' get special treatment in Oklahoma. Do you deny this?
Indian nations get special treatment in Oklahoma because the state has no jurisdiction over them, and it has been that way longer than the republic has existed. It's in the Constitution, and was in the Articles of Confederation that preceded it.

If you're talking about the hunting licenses, if you want to get together with your buddies and buy a block of 50,000 licenses, I'm sure ODWC would cut you a deal, too.

That's not about preferential treatment, it's strictly business.

Being a member of a tribal nation isn’t actually race; it’s a political status (as a member of a nation). While Dawes articulated it as “by blood” or freedman, etc. the rights afforded to the citizens are based on their political status as a member of the nation and not exclusively based in their race.

To that same point, the rights granted to tribal members are granted by their Nation. Not the State of Oklahoma. Or conversely, yes a nation can deny rights to citizens of the State if they are not citizens of the nation.

Don’t forget that before the license compact, the Cherokee declared that their Citizens could hunt on tribal lands without a state license, as the Nation has dominion over their lands and the granting of hunting rights of their citizens on it.

That came shortly before the compact and surely helped to influence the State as to what could happen if they didn’t want to accept such an agreement.

Special classes of citizens - special treatment. Like I said... I am not in favor of that. It's a simple concept and I grew up in this state and have lived in it the majority of my life. I'm well aware of how the tribes get treated differently than everyone else.

Patently no. It’s not a class of citizen. It’s a citizen of both the State and their tribal Nation. Dual citizenship, basically. The Nations are effectively peers of the State, as far as powers and their ability to govern go. And they coexist with the State where their lands overlay.

Also in the preamble of the EPA. That gov agency had zero ability to regulate environmental issues on sovereign Native American lands.
As an example back in May with our floods in Osage county, a tank battery on the neighbor was flooded with thousands of gallons of crude spilled on our property adjacent to our water well because of zero containment and improper installation of the tanks that I documented with pics on this forum, our water well was contaminated. Here it is in January and we are still living with gallons of water bought from the store or refilled at friends homes.
We have zero recourse against the tribe. I could go on for hours about what the issues were and the responses we got from the tribe
To date, the tank battery was quickly repaired and huge clumps of crude oil continue to exist on our property. The .gov and the tribe has washed their hands of this issue, and here we are.
We have been told the crude will dissolve back into the earth.
HMMMMM MY water well is only 15’ deep. How long before all the hydro carbons leach out of the soil?
