I didn’t make it to my house until after dark last night, so with nothing else to do, I checked a camera cards my son left from November. For some reason, the date is wrong, but I found something on the card I have seen in a while...a badger!:thumb:

Very cool. Trap it, but put out a trap anchor that will hold a battleship in a high current.
Checked my front yard cam tonight. 2000 something pics from Jan 1 when starting it. It's on a 3 pic burst mode. Nothing but does and the lap rat that stays in the house.

Has anyone used the Simmons Game cameras? Our local Tractor supply has the pack of 4 for $71, less than $20 a camera.....just curious if they work.
I would bet they’ll work for a little while, and I bet Tractor Supply will replace them when they crap out.
Ask yourself this, when you go check your cameras, do you want to actually check cameras or have to take a camera back to TS because the camera didn’t take any pictures since you left it?

Seriously, a camera that cheap can’t be made for longevity.

I bought the same 4 pack of Simmons cameras for $80 from Tractor Supply last year for my 12 year old to set up in the woods around the house and at his grandmas 5 acres. They take decent pictures and the battery life is not bad. For the price they are serviceable cams, not great night pics but they do work.

Thanks, they are usually $130-140 I think so I thought if they did "ok" for $70 it might be worth grabbing a couple.
