The image will flip to show two different configurations. Look at these two styles; American, or straight stocks and the European, or Hog Back Stock. Which of these do you like best and why?
I like the European style. Just my preference. But then, I like using iron sights too, when I can. This style may be harder to scope properly, but dayyum, it just looks groovy to me.

I want a combination of the two. I want a straightish stock, but sure do love the forearm on the Euro model.
The euro stocks are difficult to run optics on because of the angles. I’ve done it but a cheek weld is almost a necessity. I’ll be wishy washy and say I like both but for different reasons.
Don't think I've ever shot the Euro style, but I'm guessin' it will tend to let the muzzle kick up a bit more in larger calibers.

I like the hog back stocks only if you're using iron sites. They look especially good on Mannlicher stocks which regrettably CZ no longer offers on production rifle but you can buy just the stock from their CZUB.CZ site.
