Here, but occasionally There.
The only drawback to that is that support and training for some computer systems are strongly centered in California. When we worked at the OSBI, people from the IT department made a few trips to CA for training for those systems.

I don't know if they can get that training or support from other states.

Way to go governor!! I don’t know why anyone would ever want to step foot on that joke of a state. I wish it would break away and fall into the ocean. Our country would be all the better if it did.

From what I read of that article it sounds like there are so many exceptions, the policy comes down to you can't travel to California... unless you want to.

There are a lot of Republicans in commiefornika.
I heard a report on the radio today that one of the congressional seats In Sacramento was won by a Republican and even interviewed by news outlets as the winner, but on the third recount, a box of provisional ballots were found in the trunk of a car that pushed the election to a dimocrat. Courts refused to hear the suit even when presented with the evidence that the box of ballots put the number of voters higher than the actual voters in that district.

I can say that I've gotten a lot of specialized IT training over the years, and I've never set foot in California.

California don't care. They wouldn't care if they lost every travel dollar coming out of OK... much less just the .gov ones. Ain't gonna make a damned difference to them in terms of their political climate.
