I’ve been considering creating a trust before I go down the silencer/SBR path. The thought occurred to me if one were unfortunate enough to live in red flag law state. How might that law apply to trust? I wouldn’t think a trust could be deemed a danger to others or itself. Just an odd question didn’t know if anyone had heard anything on it yet.
Does anyone have experience with an OKC based lawyer that’s done gun trusts that they would recommend?

Brandon at Machine Guns Plus did mine when I got my first can. When I get something new we just add to the last page. I don't remember how much but it wasn't much

Same here . . . I think it was like $75 for him to add a trust when I bought a suppressor from him several years ago.
