It was fun making it ugly; the inaccuracy was just an unwanted by-product. But, yes, it was fun making it.

First gun I ever bought was a BL-22 Grade II, in 1975, $121. The Grade I was $115. I still have it.
My brother bought a Marlin 60, $38, at Walgreens.
Times have changed.
