I think the OP is concerned that the police officer didn't brush the snow off of his patrol car, thus having a "mini-blizzard" behind the car with the potential of large snow or ice chunks flying back onto following traffic.

Believe it or not lots of people can run a couple of radios, nav and land a plane at the same time.
I seriously underestimated OSA's ability to project their own inability to do something far less difficult. I added insult to injury by forgetting to genuflect at the LEO alter no matter how silly they looked next to everyone else.

I love making snow smoke, it makes my inner 12 year old very happy.
I hate scraping snow off of my truck.
Realize any time you throw a stone at something or someone, there is always an opportunity to check yourself too.
