I prefer not to pocket carry but sometimes you must. My P365 does just fine in a PJ kydex pocket holster as long as the pants have a deep enough pocket. My favorite jeans are the cheap $10 pair you get at Atwoods. Pockets are deeeeeeep! and they press up real nice also. My P365 is the manual safety model. Got rid of my regular one just to get the MS.

I carry a Glock 26 9mm in a Blackhawk pocket holster size 13 (tan colored and grippy, bought at Academy) or a Desantis Nemesis I believe size 5. (Also Academy). The Nemesis is smaller and has a profile that catches in your pocket when you draw, not sure if that was intended bit thays how it works for me. And the Blackhawk is larger but grippier. I can easily shoot a Glock 26 with my pinky curled under the mag, or I have mags that have a +2 floorplate. Regardless, it is different from IWB/OWB , and takes a little getting used to. You will look like you are carrying a never thinned out dad wallet in your pocket, but I dont care now that we have open carry etc. It is less noticeable in summer in a cargo short pocket. You will have to practice drawing no matter how you carry because it is very different if you are used to other forms. I often find myself walking around with my the gun in my hand(hand in my pocket), as it is comfortable, and no one knows it's there anyhow.

Another vote for the LCP. I carry a gen 2 dash LCP in the Ruger supplied pocket holster. Not a bullseye gun, but very good defensive groups at 5 and 7 yards out. Very reliable if kept clean. Mine will start to have feeding problems about the 150 mark.

J-Frame; either an Airweight or Airlite. This is my pocket gun; a S&W 340PD; there's .357 good reasons to carry it. I just don't like little bitty .380s like the LCP or whatever, plus, IMO, nothing carries like the J-Frame in your front pocket. It just works! And at under 12 ounces loaded; it's no problem as far as my pants sagging down.
