Glock serial number chart for date of mfg.

AT is the country of origin code for Austria.
The slide should be marked Austria also. The part number on the box should start with a “P”. US built guns will have a “U” as the first letter. This numbering system was not used in early guns.
Special runs may have an odd model number ending in AUT or US to designate origin.

You are likely looking a serial number instead of a proof mark.

Unless you have a Glock that is 30+ years old, it probable does not apply to yours.

Should be a Gen 2 made in late 1989 to mid 1990.
