Things are only worth what people will pay. They just have the resources to connect with the people looking for what you have. That's a resource you most don't have. Don't be a communist.

Just curious what you think would have been a fair offer on them vs what you think you'll get selling on eBay?

Just skimming thru their prices on these parts they would sell them for at least $300, if they had them in stock. Many of these are shown out of stock. I would think $100 is a fair price. As far as ebay, no idea what I will get but I bet it is least double what they offered which is in the fair price range.

Oh and as I offered to take store credit, they would have made more since we know they got a markup on their other parts too.

This sounds like the place cdr that wants to give me $300 for a two week old iPhone xr.
You just have to like a place that wants to give you wholesale for yours and charge you retail for theirs.

Honestly it's that way for ANYTHING used. For that matter go into a place like Gamestop and sell something to them, you can bring in a huge collection and might make ten bucks if you are lucky. I have a game that sells for well over 60 bucks online https://www.pricecharting.com/game/nintendo-64/conker's-bad-fur-day and Gamestop and the other stores mark it for sale at over 100 and what they offer for the game is 20 bucks, that's way too much of a profit IMHO. When Gamestop decided that they were going to think about bankruptcy and all the number of jokes about offering them 100 bucks for all of there stores was rampant. They have fleeced a lot of people out of stuff over the years.

However the alternative is sitting around and trying to sell things off here and there to make a larger profit and still end up sitting around with some spare parts at the end of the year. You have to ask yourself if it's really worth it at the end of things. If it's something that will sell and be a quick buck go for it. If it's something your going to have to relist multiple times over a year and maybe sell to the one person in a million who actually wants or needs it you might be better off letting it go for less instead of it cluttering up your space.

What business doesn't??
I used to love those old guys that came in my shop and wanted retail for their guns when I was selling the same thing cost plus 10%.
You should have seen the looks on their face when I said no. you'd of thought I was drowning puppies or something.

I always loved the dickwads at the gun shows who would offer you pennies for yours but priced theirs way above market value.
