Hmmm, maybe target shooting while riding a bull that is bungee jumping would be in order... If you get a bull up there and he jumps off while you are riding it though I gotta have video proof.
I figured you could ride the bull off the bridge and holler "pull" on the way down... 
Sounds like you need to take a dirty mag into the bathroom and rub out a little frustration and tension.
