As a long legged guy I hate it when someone reclines their seat in front me but would never act like this idiot. I don’t recline mine. I try to get an exit row seat when I can. Both parties are inconsiderate and should be tossed out the back of the aircraft.

I hate flying, it used too be a luxury-sort of. I remember as a kid everyone wore nice clothes and had china to dine on. Then I grew up sort of and found that people don't wear nice clothes on flights they wear scroungy clothes and there is no china and the seats were somewhat comfortable.
Then they crammed the seats so close together that one can barely squeeze into the seat and it is miserable flying now. I'm cursed with short legs and I get in those seats and pity the people with longer legs. If the could move the seats closer they would to cram more people in the plane. On the good side, I heard on TV several weeks ago that there is a safety issue with the seats os close together, one cannot egress in case of an emergency with endangering lives so congress is looking into the seats spaced so close together-in between finding things to impeach a president.

No, I leave mine up. But I try just about anything to not fly. Between the tom foolery with TSA, being subjected to the unwashed that believe toliet water bought or stolen from KMart, squirted in the vicinity of the location of their last carnal activity actually replaces soap and water, and who can forget the jerkies that driving incubator of plague having a snot full of gin or ten before take off.

Here, but occasionally There.
I can count on one hand the number of times when I flew somewhere in the last fifty-some years. While I don't really have an issue with flying, I just prefer going somewhere on the ground so that I can see more (and maybe take pictures of what I see) rather than trying to determine anything from 30,000 feet above it.

I'm 6'5". When I'm squeezed into a small row and sit normally the person in front of me can't recline much at all. They try to and hit my knees. They usually don't push it.

I'm so glad I don't have to fly for work like I used to.

Of all the times I've flown, I've never known this was an issue. Never bothered me if someone reclined in front of me? Never seen anyone ask anyone either.
