There's cognitive issues going on in there imo. I'm not a psychologist, isn't there 8 or 9 cognitive capacities? He's lacking in a few of them. Medical evaluation maybe soon for the sake of the voters by a panel of shrinks?

And yet the left is saying the video is "manipulated". Specifically Twitter. Somehow I'm betting their neato little "tool" is not going to be applied equally across the political spectrum.
The real issue is going to be who Biden has as VP. I think that is going to be their ploy.
Hillary is waiting in the wings. The short track for her is to be Biden’s running mate. Hillary offers reassurance to the establishment and will allow Democrats to overlook Biden’s mental failings and vote for that ticket. Hillary also brings her own supporters. If Biden looses his mind or health - Hillary is there to assume the Presidency.
Poor Great Grandpa Biden. It’s sad what’s happening to him. I think this has been going on for awhile, but with all the exposure he’s getting now he’s just going to keep being seen going downhill.
