Are you seeing anyone wearing masks yet?
Please report details here

I have yet to see any

Perhaps people are fearful of looking like they are ill
Perhaps people do not consider it serious enough yet to wear one.
I know there are lots of masks out there.... seeing a few, some, or lots will be a marker of how serious people think the risk of being infected is. ....imo
“Don’t fear the mask”...cue blue oyster cult tune

Last Friday I played poker at a place over in TX and the guy dealing my table wore a mask and gloves while he was dealing. There were 3-4 people wearing gloves but only 1 mask.

I went to Walmart in Newcastle yesterday. I saw several. One mother was wearing gloves along with her three kids.

Some of the checkers were also wearing gloves.

I went to a Dr appt earlier this week. The receptionist was wearing gloves with a scared look on her face. After asking my name, the first thing she asked was “when was the last time you travelled outside the US.”

Here, but occasionally There.
I've seen a few in the last few days. One "older" lady at church, one or two at Walmart yesterday, and 3 or 4 in a "beauty" place in the mall in Norman. However, the ones in the mall were Asian ladies, and the Asians seem to be the first ones to wear masks. As for those ladies, they are in the business or working at manicures and pedicures, so their customers are right in front of their faces and close in proximity. Can't say I don't blame them for wearing.

I was porting cast iron chevy heads :)
Don't want to breathe that stuff in.. It will give you cast iron rusty boogers for a couple days.

Back in the day I had an automotive machine shop, mostly light duty stuff, but I could do cylinder head work, cut cylinders, line bore, things like that.

I had (very) long hair I kept braided and under a cap, but my big ol beard (think ZZTop) hung out there, just waiting to catch everything, including on fire - which it did more than once, but that's another story.

I remember decking cylinder heads, and washing out my beard at the end of the day. The wash water would just come out black....

It never occurred to me to wear a dust mask. Or gloves, for that matter.
