I converted two bolt through the bench vice grip clamps to pop up clamps to hold my decapping press down.
I worked on some cow horn today. Ripped some pieces out on the bandsaw. Kinda got it figured out how to make it flat. Used a toaster oven to get it real warm and then flattened it in shop press. Also flattened one in the vise between two plates and a gas axe for heat source.
You know, if I knew how to cook and did some BBQ'ing, I'd like a table like that.
Except that it probably wouldn't fit into our RV.
Man, you have the perfect set up. If you use one of those charcoal chimneys to get the coals going quicker, you can cut that time in half by putting the chimney on the evaporator unit while it's running. It will look like a jet engine and will get that charcoal going in short order.
I never thought of that. But your right it would like a B52 engine. Depending which way the wind is blowing sometimes I move down to the end of the house with the chimney starter because when it lights off that paper smoke is nuts. Just to the right of the door in the photo is a covered alcove where I keep my grills and smoke filling that up is no bueno.
I used to have a pic I'd post on here occasionally showing the charcoal chimney on the evaporator unit, but the photo sharing place I was using bellied up and I don't have it any more. It works! Great set up there.

Last weekend I got a wild hair and decided to build this modern Adirondack style chair that I found plans for. All of the wood was salvaged from home construction sites that my brother visited last summer. The only thing that the chair cost me was about $10 for screws and construction adhesive.
Now I just need to get a chance to go to Home Depot so I can get some poly to steal the wood with before I put it on the patio.
