No, but they are sparse and few. I went to Umass of Amherst for a year and there were a few there. Granted, they were city cowboys, but that's better than nothing right?
So he admits he doesn't like it, he would still keep them closed, but the Feds' position made him think about the consequences. Good for the Feds, and I hope Jerseyites kick this clown to the curb next time he comes up for any kind of a vote.
