I'm not defending being on welfare, I'm providing the obvious that it's a mentality and has nothing to do with tattoos or other vices. I'll betcha a number of these people have firearms and spend money on their vehicles they shouldn't too. Where's your super judgement powers in those cases? Either way, not everyone that walks out of a casino, liquor store or even dispensary is on "welfare"....... not even close. Honestly, It's not the "vice" it's the people. Sound familiar?

I got a tatto last summer, guess I'm a low life. Oh and I went to Hinton to Sugar Creek casino a couple months ago for the $8 catfish and froglegs plate and a few beers. I didnt gamble but I had a good time watching all them welfare gov. tit sucking retched people.
I spent $12 on dinner, That money was part of my child support payment but them kids will be fine without.

I am sure as ANY .gov run program...their is waste, corruption and fraud. It's the American way... Just as most bureaucrat and petty tyrant wannabe dictators who have some small power over the population, or control....ie...* no mail till you fix your mail box according to USPS US code 1227.aa455 ...No Mail ...Late mail,..such a shame...You no longer matter. And as far as being able to change and have a open mind on pot...Sure my husband is a disable vet...100%, Sure helps his seizures, and he is off those terrible pills...no seizures since he been on pot.

That was my point.If you have the extra money do what you like with it.I knew a few of these bus riders that went to the casino pretty well.These people I am talking about didn't have extra money to buy a car like most of us do.I would see them waiting for there welfare checks at the mail boxes in my neighborhood.Generally if a person is dirty and only have a few teeth they haven't made very good decisions in their life.I do see Postmasters point.The people that collect welfare and food stamps and throw there money away at the casino or liquor store are a burden to the taxpayers.
Back to the OP, there were freeloaders before dispensaries and tattoo parlors were legal in OK. Didn't change a thing when they became legal, other than they are collecting taxes for it.
If they are a burden to the tax payers ...which they are....the few....they...political hacks...WE the voters...need to change the laws that enables them..So simple.....yet it festers.
I agree few abuse the system...road crew work off the debt when caught, no other payment....petty bureaucrat's wielding power ...such as ATF goons for example...to make reg's and rules...not voted into law. They should be fired and ... never allowed to make LAWS !
