I have to laugh at this as I drink my beers at room temp. But I also only drink dark ales, stouts, double bocks and the occasional wheat. On occasion I'll drink a Corona, but it does have to be cold to tolerate it.

Them dark beers fries-up pretty well, Tanis.
If all you got is dark beer, just thow some in a skillet.
Sounds to me like you’re skeered of culinary adventures.

No, I've tried Almost every American mass produced beer, and I dislike all of it. I used to drink MGD a LONG time ago, but even that now just doesn't taste good to me. But yes, dark beers are the best for cooking with.
