I need to take inventory.
How many primers I have for each caliber.
Do I have enough powder for those calibers to match the primer count?
Do I have more bullets than powder??

Now would be a good time to get some components in your own stock since some places
seem to have things in stock for now.

Your absolutely correct. I maintain a minimum stock of 10,000 primers. I was approaching my minimum stock recently and got a heads up from another member about some primers and bought enough to make the next election cycle without touching the minimum stock.
I'm a brass whore at the range with tubs of brass, a lot of which I don't shoot but its there for trading material.
Bullets are stocked according to use. Rounds/bullets used in competition have a minimum of 5 years because I know how many are used annually, hunting bullets the same and so on.
The time to stock up has passed unfortunately at normal costs. Its going to be high prices from here to November.

I have a spreed-sheet of what all I have. Its this cool thing you can do on a computer. Lets you track and sort items. From what I have seen primers are the hardest thing to get, then powder, and finally bullets and brass. I have made sure I am covered for a long while on the calibers I shoot. Also the good thing about a large supply of different things is it opens the opportunity to trade for things that people aren't will to sell. I have seen that if a guy is willing to keep an eye out for when stuff shows up. You can find it after a bit of searching. Find it on ammoseek and check it multiple times a day. Seems most places add stock back in the late evening. That has been my best success on some hard to find items. That is unless you can set a notification but you gotta be ready to grab it asap as lots of other folks probably got the same email or text you did. Either-way as long as I don't have a Boating accident I am set for a while.

I looked at Armslist in reloading and there used to be at minimum 4 pages.
Now it is more like 4 items.
I just about got all I need for some time unless this Benchmark powder turns out really good then I may want more of it.
Over 100 lb of powder and ya think you need a little more.

I would like to try a .223/.224 bullet mold.
Not that I need more .223 bullets.

I thought it was kind of funny seeing this posting. I started inventorying my reloading supplies last week. This morning before I got on here I had just checked out my supply of bullets. Last week it was the powder. I did primers last week too but, then found more. In .224, .308, .45, and .358 I have 17,839 bullets. Now I've got to recheck the primers and see what I need. Then I've got to figure out how much powder I need to load that many bullets. I found unopened 25 lb. boxes of bullets from 2005. I don't shoot as much as I used to. I used to shoot around 32 matches a year and now maybe one fun match a year.
