Almost 4 hours in, ready to foil up. Dropped temp to 190 from 220.
This GMG is working flawless operating within 3 degrees.
Set at 190, it will drop to 189 and the fan and auger kick on and it rises one degree, fan and auger will stop, the temp will continue to rise 2 degrees to 192 then slowly decrease over 7-8 min. Meanwhile the auger kicked on 10 seconds to deliver more pellets for smoke. Once it drops to 189 the fan and auger come on for a 1 degree rise in temp. over about 90 seconds.
Can't get the bluetooth to connect yet but that's okay cause I'm outside babysitting it watching how it functions and it's nice and cool out with a stiff breeze.

I got a pork belly in the freezer I was gonna make some pork belly burnt ends with this weekend. But we went to a couple state parks on Sat to fly The Boy's new drone, and on Sunday I just didn't get my butt out of the recliner. So... I'll have to do it some other time.
