For those that couldn't make it to Sturgis this year,
Here is a live feed. My daughter and her husband and some friends are there now.

I saw two of the tribes are putting up checkpoints where the highways cross reservations.
They are only allowing tribal members and residents through.
Covid fears.

They aren’t charging a toll. They are refusing entrance to their reservation.

How are they going to stop them if they run the checkpoint? What fine or imprisonment will they face if someone does? Freedom of movement is a constitutional right.

I guess being an Indian Nation is not U.S. soil so no constitutional rights?

Native American land is Sovereign territory. That tribe does have the right to maintain its boarders and limit access to anybody they want to.
