The first chart I posted shows daily active, recovered, and deceased numbers over time stacked on each other which gives a better view of trend. The reports you are referencing only compare the current week with the previous week. You would need to graph all the weekly Executive Report findings to see any real trend.

If there hasn't been story after story of inflated numbers both in deaths and cases.

But by all means, continue building your very solid cases off of unreliable data.

There has been more daily tests beginning in June but I'm guessing many tests are performed because someone is exhibiting symptoms or has been in contact with a confirmed case. The "gray" bars int the chart below are the number of daily tests.

I'm not trying to convince either of you about anything. I'm just showing you published data. You be the judge and make your own decisions.

Shawnee is mandating that we have to wear masks when out in public. Well I don’t. Nobody has said a word and I’ve seen numerous other folks not doing it. Yesterday I went to Braums and I was standing in line talking to this older man ( who was very friendly) when all the sudden this other older man butted in and said “did you know the city has a mandate that you have to wear masks”? I said no sarcastically. Then he says “do you not care if you kill someone because you ain’t wearing a mask”? I said I ain’t killing nobody and I ain’t sick. He said “ have you been tested”? I said yes sarcastically and then he says “I doubt very seriously you have”. Then the nice older man says “ I have seen so many fights over this mask thing”. By that time I was pissed and I turned to that jerk old man and said “ I ain’t a puppet that does whatever the government says. I’m a free freaking citizen and I’ll do what I want”. He turned around and acted like he was looking at some food. I guess he thought I would just take whatever he had to say. I know I didn’t act the way a Christian should act and I have repented of it but I was fuming mad. I don’t get mad like that very often. It’s people like that, that get themselves killed or beat to a pulp. Hopefully he keeps his mouth shut now. People are so ridiculous.
Just tell them you've already had it and watch what they do!

Correct and if you open the reports from week to week.... and since the mask mandate..... that trend would be upward as a whole.

I'll have to look closer at this. I'm no Mathematician, but it doesn't make sense to me that the 7-day moving average of new cases that I provided would be trending down while the current week to the previous week trend you are discussing would be trending up. The only difference is (hopefully) time - daily cases versus bulk of cases for a week. In other words, the daily numbers for a week should equal the bulk of a week number in the Executive Report.
