I know there’s some F’D up folks out there but I dunno if I believe anybody is that F’D up. Surely they wouldn’t claim to be anyhow.

It certainly isn't funny to me, but it's clearly marked as a parody account.
The reason that it isn't the least bit helpful or funny is that it feeds into the kind of culture that
readily accepts it as real.
"look, here's a gal who did twenty years of schooling plus a long residency. She landed a dream job at the Mayo Clinic, and now she's posting this stuff on Twitter."
This creep would get a lot less attention if people weren't so gullible

Gotta love the parody accounts that are actually marked eh? :D You're right though, they should be obvious, especially in this case.
