Point about a car being an extension of your home....

At what point does the Castle Doctrine come into effect?

I mean, if someone is banging on my front door, there is no imminent threat.
If the door is opening, different story
However, not likely that just by banging my door will that trigger a "response" from me

However, a car is different.
Banging on my car is more likely to cause damage
There is a more imminent threat, especially if there is a large crowd banging on my car or rocking it.
I do believe that once a window is broken (ie, the inner security is breached) then all bets are off, but until that point....

Anyone know?

I don't think you have the right to respond to protect property - i.e., to reduce or prevent damage. As a permit holder, you can intervene to stop the commission of a FELONY, but unless that damage goes over $1000, I don't think it is felonious, per Oklahoma's newer laws, correct?

This is my interpretation. IANAL, but it is blatantly obvious that police departments in our major cities have ZERO ability or intention of preventing large crowds from obstructing the flow of traffic, interfering with people's peaceable daily lives and business, disturbing of the peace (this is a monstrous f***ing joke anymore), or even protecting the property of passersby or businesses.

Zero.

Just look at the news people... almost EVERY SINGLE INCIDENT we have seen over the last 4-5 months has shown blatant flaunting of federal, state and local laws and statutes in this regard.

We don't live in a society of laws and consequences anymore.

Well... unless you are trying to live your life peaceably and go about your business without disturbing or threatening anyone else, that is.

We are truly living in BIZARROWORLD - where everything is backward and upside down.

PROVE ME WRONG.

Everyone has to play it their way for sure, just as long as you realize you are giving them the reaction they want by answering harassment with physical violence. It also exposes you to legal/criminal ramifications.

I'm mean, if you are physically capable of wrecking the whole crowd it would certainly be fun to watch, but just not being there is a lot cleaner legally LOL.
You arent fighting all of them, body slam one and many more run away... You overlook the fact that these are truly corwards.

I’ll knock a somitch out and/or get knocked out. All this turn the other cheek, be the bigger person bs is what encourages such rude behavior. I agree with Clay about these folks bein “corwards”. Most of the examples I’ve seen video of end with these loud mouth dinks on the run. I agree the law may not be on my side or it’ll take lots of work to prove the law is with me but if I can educate a few dinks and have the satisfaction of knocking a somitch out.....yeah I’ll make the trade.

Let the law chips fall where they may.

Sounds well and good. You willing to give up your right to own a firearm - ANY FIREARM - for the length of the rest of your life in exchange? Because the way the laws are written today, you get labeled as a violent offender, that's what's gonna happen.

Sell off that collection.
