Spam Text Messages

Anyone else experiencing a sudden increase in spam text messages? I've received them off and on over the years, but it seems like they're getting worse lately.

Even my wife is getting more of them it seems.

I wish I could outright block the numbers on my iPhone instead of just hiding the alerts.

You can block them on the Iphone. Problem is, the numbers that pop up are spoofed and not the real calling/texting number. Blocking doesnt stop them in most cases

So that's why I keep getting spam calls about an extended car warranty. I must have blocked 6 or 7 of them now.

I've been getting them too. I block em and they just use another number and do it again.

I don't get all that spam text messages, but I get at least 2 spam calls every single day. I block the number and they change the number and call again. It really p8sses me off, especially since I've been applying for jobs lately and I kind of have to answer my phone for all calls these days.

I've been having persistant texts about wanting me to come in and get a 'payday' loan. I ain't rich, but sure as hell don't need a payday loan!!

I have been gettin' more lately, block them and they send more....and warranty calls. I never answer and they leave voice mail. I wish all cell comp would do more to stop this BS.

The worst is I am getting spam liberal texts and calls.
The woman who had this number 10 years ago must have been a liberal.
Started with Bernie bros. in primary now Move On, Biden, and every other liberal cause.

I've blocked calls without any issues . . . how are you blocking the messages?
