Y’all need to stay off the porn sites. That should eliminate all the spam. Also if you call your internet provider and tell them you’re getting spam from all the porn you watch, they can create an anti-spam porn filter for your devices. It’s necessary to tell your internet provider what kind of porn you’re watching so they can create the right filter to add to your account, so be specific.

So do you think the teenage transvestite nuns site is specific enough?

I use a ATT app for security. Your cell provider should have one thats free though added features may cost more. I dont block numbers anymore because it doesnt help. I ended up with a blocked number list a mile long and the spam calls and texts still kept coming. With the security app turned on, it blocks about 50-70% of them.

Bottom line there is only so much even security apps can do. I dont answer calls or texts I dont recognize. If they call and dont leave a message, its spam. If a text doesn't have the company name in the text, it gets deleted
We have the ATT app as well. We get calls but they are flagged spam or possible telemarketer. It's kind of a user driven app. If you get a call that's spam, its an unused number likely and you report it. Then it goes on a national registry of spam numbers.
If/when that number goes to a real user, ATT removes it from the registry.
If I remember right Congress was supposed to be working on a telemarketer bill that would force the telecom companies to hunt down and shut down these spammers.
Haven't heard if any of that ever happened. Most likely not if the congress has anything to do with it.
