Anyone else remember these guys? I was going to use one of their ideas to make a sign for my little Halloween grave yard this year but did not get a chance because of other projects.

Ajax Cemetery
You Plug Em, We Plant Em.

Oh well, maybe next year. For now, Ajax Airlines. Sometimes known as "The Proud Bird With A Brass A$$."

Yep, the year was 1975 and we were in a C-5 headed to wake Island to aid the Vietnamese refugees when Saigon fell. Did a Hudson and Landry skit on the plane.

True story: I bought some Hudson and Landry CD's (Ajax Airline, Bambi etc) and gave it to one of my grandkids and they didn't think it was funny. I was disappointed at his remarks. I honestly thought it was funny 40 years ago but time has passed.

Not related to Hudson and Landry, but many moons ago, my mother got a really big kick out of the movie "Police Academy." In a way, I was surprised that she liked the slapstick humor that was within it. So, being the good son, I told her about a movie that I enjoyed that had slapstick and silly plotting, and that movie was "The Gods Must Be Crazy."

To my surprise, she later told me that neither she nor my Aunt Naomi thought it was funny.
