I don’t know about other places, but I don’t foresee local law enforcement agencies here going out to round up magazines, black rifles or any firearms for that matter.
"im just doing my job" has justified everything from enforcing antifreedom, to gassing innocent men women and children by the millions. Im sure that many LEOs wont but they will be replaced by those that will.

Exactly. I know some that will stand shoulder to shoulder and not violate the Constitution, and I know some that will be more than happy to follow orders.

If biden becomes president, right now he is just some guy that ran for office, he is not the president elect and its not Jan 21-2021 yet, per the Constitution, and he tries to remove our 2nd amendment rights, along with any other, hard choices will need to be made.

I can't see this happening. Discussions on how to implement would probably kill the idea early on. They may consider a high tax on the purchase of ammunition, or a ban on the sell of high-cap mags but that would also be hard to pass, I believe. The idea of attempting to round up magazines, firearms, or anything else would be logistically too difficult, and require far more hands than available.

my guess is they will go after those that are suspected of having a LOT of newly illegal items...people flashing their stockpile on facebook with #comeandtakeit etc...

most who don't comply will just sit on an illegal item with no repercussions...only get to shoot them once a year out at the farm after doing a perimeter check lol. many many unregistered machine guns out there being treated this way currently...or so ive heard.
