Wow!! I just "love" how that reporter practically gave out the guy's address. Now, thieves just have to go to that area and look for a Jeep, and then they will have a future target for theft.
Unloaded guns have wounded/killed a lot of folks.
So glad my Dad was a stickler on gun safety. I learned early on to not point any weapon (loaded or not) toward the general vicinity of any person(s) nearby.

Yup... Anytime a firearm has left my hands I check it once or twice. Probably a bit anal about it but I like my appendages!

Years ago, a guy I used to work with told me that he used to mess around with "cowboy quick draw", so I'm sure you know what's coming next.
As he was knowingly doing this with a loaded pistol, he ended up shooting himself in the leg, not just once .... but twice, before he finally came to the realization that what he was doing wasn't really a good idea.
What can someone say to this ??
At least he was the only one injured.
