Hate to rain on the parade of great photos on the thread recently but just received word of a really good friend losing his battle with lymphoma this afternoon after multiple rounds of treatment including stem cells this past fall. I leased land from him for deer hunting and spent many great hours at his house during deer seasons past. Really missed that this past season due to his illness and just seem to have a hole in my life. He was also a mentor in my work life, a great fellow who never met a stranger and encouraged all those he met.

I hate to hear this. Cancer killed both my Parents. I just wish the parm would put so much intensive investigation into a cure of cancer like they have with the Covid.
