He did a lot more than held up a knife. The officer was beaten , stabbed multiple times and dragged around by his neck . then he took the officer to the top of the stairs and threatened to throw him down the stairs with a knife to his throat.....

Rotflmao! I worked with a firefighter who got time on the ground for calling a person's injuries a TND. She overheard him and freaked out. Apparently she thought she was gonna die and the ER staff had to tell her she was fine.

It was the convicts filing suit that got rid of the work farms and work details outside of their cells. Three squares and a cot is all they need. Life is good that way.
