I did notice that the new biden czar of internet safety and security or what ever the title is said today that biden realizes that is a private business and will be taking a hands off approach to the situation.
The lack of fuel is also affecting our military bases on the east coast. I'm sure they have reserves, probably quite a bit of reserves, but I would also think that brain dead biden would realize this pipeline as well as the Keystone pipeline he shut down are critical to this nations defenses and would direct technology be developed to harden the internet operations of pipelines and other critical infrastructure as part of national defense?
No matter what the greenies think, this nations still runs on petroleum.

Yep, but I just sit here and snicker at it. I do have to give Joe credit though, he did it far faster than I thought it would happen. Personally it pains me that it is ALWAYS the red states that get hit. If DC, NY, NJ, Virginia, etc. had to shut down I'd just laugh and say look at those nitwits, burning up in the summer or freezing if it's winter. But it always seems to be the red SE states instead of blue NE states that feel the pain. Damnit....

We are down here in Florida on vacation right now. Gas is definitely hard to find but guess I’ll just have to extend the beach life until it comes back! If only it were that easy!
Gas near me has gone from $2.25 a gallon to $2.65 in a weeks time. I was flipping channels this morning and watched a car chase in California. As they were cuffing the guy, I noticed a gas station in the background. The sign posted over $4.00 a gallon.
I clearly don't understand the technology, but it is still mind boggling to me that some ransomware is capable of taking this pipeline down for a week. Again, maybe my complete lack of knowledge, but seems like some IT types didn't have their eye on the ball.
