Want To Buy Single Tap and Die

I’m looking for a single Tap and Die, thread size 7/8-14. This should be the same size as a standard reloading die.

The only thing I’ve found so far is in a full set of taps and dies which I don’t need and expensive.

Do you just need to clean up some threads on a press or something more specific?

let me look and see what I have floating around. I know I have stuff up to about an inch and a half, just don't know what thread pitch. Do you need a specific style? Bottom tap? tapered? pointed?

I’m not sure. The same threads that reloading dies have. I’ve been working on a project to put a camera on my Dillon 650. If I put the camera directly above the shell plate in the station after the powder drop I could see the powder in the case before it moves to the next station.

I have a piece of hard plastic similar to that of a cutting board I’d like to shape, thread and drill a hole through to feed the camera lead.

Lathe? Is that one of them things that spins fast, grabs you and splatters your blood all over the walls?
