Boy, ain't that the truth. That baby is tucked in the master closet. It'll take 6 turns to get it out of the house. Mother just ended up giving me that closet and moved her things to the other bedrooms walk in closets. LOL I had ammo boxes stacked on about all the floor space and all the shelves. I don't need all those shelves for shoes or purses. Firepower baby!

Congratulations on both sides of your real estate adventure. Zillow just sent us (unasked) an absolutely crazy estimate for our house that is supposed to reflect recent sales/comparables. I hope the county assessor doesn't have big plans for large adjustments next year. Of course, we are covered by the homestead exemption plus the limits of the law for increases. These crazy numbers do make for some temptation but then the reality of where else to live keeps us from doing anything rash.
You win. My realtor told me to take mine. I priced a new safe, it is exponentially cheaper to have SCI move it, steel is spendy now. Congrats man.
