Haven't even seen a Ruger Max 9 in the wild. It did appear to be the 'snappiest' of the bunch.

The 43x is a game changer, compact 9mm that comes with 10 round mag, get a shields arms 15 round mag and now you have a compact 9mm with 15+1 capacity, IMO that leads the pack.

Which one did he prefer?

43x is what he ranked highest in follow up / staying on target. Which he attributed (probably) to the grip. But they all performed well enough, some he had better groupings with than others.

If the 365 had a bigger grip, he probably would've ranked it 1st.
Quite honestly that's why the 365 was not for me. Us "big paw" guys need a little more real estate to grab on to.

The 43X/48 grip is as small as I can go. I now EDC a 48 and I'm very happy with it so far.
