What's going on here. I had a couple of bags of ice melt in the garage. I walked out there one day last week and there was a little stream of water coming out from under one of the bags. WTH? I grabbed some shop towels to wipe it up and ... nope ... it wasn't like water. It wouldn't just wipe up. It was more like glycerin. I laid some shop towels over it, and they did finally soak it up. Cleaned up that mess and, the next day, it was back. Cleaned it up and threw the bag in the dumpster. Today, same thing with the second bag. What kind of chemical reaction is going on here!
