Anyone doing this opposed to Trust?

Not interested on which is the better route, just had some questions about things like holding agreements...

Thanks.

I thought about doing this with my LLC, but if I ever disolved the LLC I would have to hassle with transferring them again to myself or a trust. I plan to just go the trust route.

If you use either the LLC or Corporation route you have to make sure you pay the proper state fees and keep it current.

One of the advantages to having a trust or doing as an individual you don't have any yearly fees.
