Haven't shot one, but here's my opinion anyway... ;)

From what I can tell, if you don't mind having "only" a 3" chamber, and you buy the barrel length you want, it's probably hell on wheels. But if you want versatility, i.e. changing out for a slug barrel or the like, I wouldn't wanna know how much a barrel assembly would cost. I mean, I like Benelli, but they want a pretty penny for their barrels, when you can find them in stock somewhere.

Thanks for the input. I am interested in this mostly for waterfowl hunting but I will also use it for turkey and dove. I am not sure I would ever need to have a slug barrel.

I have had an SBEII for 5 years now, kills plenty of ducks and turkeys. The vinci is all fancy looking and is also new (not tested out enough yet), I would go with SBEII. If you dont want 3.5" go with the M2 field.
