    The official future ex-wife thread.

Call me old fashioned, but I do love the pinup gals in stockings and stilettos. :naughty: I think I was born about 50 years too late.

    My saving grace...

I appreciate that. So far I seem to be doing ok. Eating mostly "modified" foods, such as tacos without the shells. A sorta taco salad if you will. Burgers without the buns and peeling the toppings off of pizza and tossing the crust. Plus I grill a lot...steaks, pork chops, chicken, burgers. I'm...

    My saving grace...

Well, I finally got around to buying a set of scales capable of weighing my fat ass. When I left the hospital, exactly 2 weeks ago today (July 6th) I weighed in at a whopping 483 pounds! :faint: I climbed on the scales today, and I weigh... 465 POUNDS!!! :woohoo1: Now I know that's not a...

Ammo Price Gouging Needs To Stop!

I was at a flea market yesterday, and a guy had a table with some guns and ammo. He was asking $60 for a 50 round box of 9mm 115gr FMJs, $1000 for a Norinco SKS and $850 for a Glock 48. :faint: I quit looking after that and walked away traumatized.

    My saving grace...

Yeah, I like most all veggies (cauliflower, turnips, kale, cucumbers :puke:) so I am including them in my diet. I do miss corn, taters and peas & carrots however. I stick to mostly green beans, broccoli, asparagus and brussel sprouts. One of my favorite things to do when I grill ribeyes, is to...

    My saving grace...

I thought about that, but frankly, I enjoy food too much. Surgery would be a waste of time and money for me. My wife is one of twelve siblings. We celebrate holidays quite often, and, like most other families, good times and good food brings us together. I couldn't stand the idea of everybody...

Got a lot going on, could use some life advice?

Oh, ok. You didn't mention that you had been married before nor that you and your fiance were living together. You know what I mean then about knowing somebody.

Got a lot going on, could use some life advice?

I'm gonna sound like a horse's ass, but I've seen this way too many times. I'm a firm believer that it takes you at least 10 years to really know a person. I mean really REALLY know somebody. I would suggest putting the "dream home" on hold for no less than 4 or 5 years and just rent a little...

    What Would Yo Do?

I think I'd seek gainful employment somewhere local with an established business. The money may not be as great, but at least it will be there.
