These Karl Nills Grips came in the mail today and I promptly put them on a PPK-L in 7.65mm (.32ACP). I've always wanted as set of these and now, I have them. They are two piece, but you have to look real hard to see the fit. They snapped right on and fit the PPK frame as expected; perfectly.
For all you naysayers...the original incarnation of the PP series was almost universally met with great enthusiasm. Leave it to S&W, when they acquired the license to manufacture the pistols (for a very short time thank The Good Lord) to change things around inside and to extend the tang...
Spot on comments above about the indecision period. So, you see some goof -ball charging at you from at or within the specified distance; are you going to be able to make the correct decision and draw and shoot to stop the threat in time to avoid that knife being used to dump your intestines on...
Gunbroker.com is your friend for a P230/232. (And yes, @Beau B, that two-tone PPK/S is the one; you remember, the one that shoots teeny tiny little groups?)

Okay, I'll play now...got a set of Black G10 Grips for a Walther PPK/S from MilTac.com. (Pic#1) Already had a set of the Black/Gray ones (Pic #2) and decided I needed the Black ones too. They are a bit thinner than the stock Walther grips; me likey thinner. Below, see measurements at thickest...
This! Formby's Refinisher (at Lowes, Home Depot) won't strip or hurt the wood, but will take old varnish, crud, etc off and give you a nice result. Good stuff, I've used it a lot.
Oh , almost forgot...I picked up a couple of 200 round boxes of 55 GR Win 223 FMJ at Academy in Yukon today. $129 per box of 200. They have a butt-load of 'em. I need to rat-hole more of this stuff away for when Bevo or Beato or who ever comes a callin' and demands I give up my Weapons of...
I have a couple of those and they work fine. Put boolets in 'em, stick 'em in magwell of suitably chambered gun, and pull trigger repeatedly until target is destroyed. Reload and repeat as desired.
