I use this ceramic engine paint from O'Reilly's for minor touch ups, etc. Once it dries, wipe over it with froglube, Rem oil or something like that and it is looks really good. It is not completely solvent resistant to lacquer thinner or bore solvents; so be careful with those. It's worth a try...
Looks cool! Thanks for posting the link. I was hoping it would be a little lighter. Hump 66, let us know what ya think of it; if you get your hands on one.
Trangia stoves are really cool. It will definitely last longer than the beer can and you can adjust the heat output. I bought one off of amazon for $15 bucks.
I use the Crossbreed Mini-Tuck. It is the most comfortable that I have used. I will check into that Remora; I like the idea of using the G26 or the Shield with the same holster.
I ordered a medical bag/kit from medcallassist.com. They even sell you antibiotics and other prescription only medicines. I thought the prices were pretty decent for what you get.
I purchased my cans from Sports World. They did the original trust for free and every time I bought another one; they would just add a new last page with the item and the serial #'s. They have been great to deal with.
