I found a place to do what I wanted. I went in to Boot Hill leather repair in Broken Arrow. The guy did what I wanted in about an hour. He put small leather boot stitching in place of the big Minotaur stitching. So it's not the prettiest but it serves the purpose and I'm happy with it.
I appreciate the offer Gabe, are you in the Tulsa area?
And some of it needs to be sewn, I have no plans to get the tools for this very small job, no matter how fulfilling, but thanks.
I have a Comp-Tac Minotaur holster for a baby Glock that I need to have modified. Is there anybody in the Tulsa area that does reasonable leather work? I basically just need to have about 1/2" X1" piece removed and then re-sewn.
That looks like it was our sheets, sorry, I didn't know what to do with the bucket so I left it at the clubhouse with the guy behind the counter. Next time I'll look for you.
I've seen John shoot an IDPA match with his right arm and shoulder in a cast shooting only weak hand. Granted, he used a 33-round mag, but he was there doing what he could. You just can't keep the guy down!!!:yelclap:
I dislike Dong's and I don't complain about any other place (except TFA). They're still in business because there are a lot of people that don't know any better. $50 or $60 for a FFL transfer????? WTF, over???? Right down the street there's a place called 2A.
Woohoo!!!!! Won centerfire iron, and almost 1/3 of the shooters competing were in said division (does that make it sound like a lot?) Thanks for a great match.
