Nice Bulgy kit!
Mine is at Red Jacket having the Form 3 "Tumor removal" done. It was built by them on a NDS receiver. I might actually have it back in my possession this year...LOL
Drop the SOW and you'll be able to take your time and pick of the suckling piglets with a .22 pistol to the head. They'll hang around mama's carcass for a little bit.
BTW I'd suggest doing this from an elevated position, like a tree. LOL
+1. I don't care what any damned hand wringers opinion is. The fix is open carry legislation and a little while after that constitutional carry (i.e. no permit required). "Disruptive"? Only for sissies.
Like others here I'd choose not to open carry, but enjoy the fact that if my weapon...
I'll echo what Soren and Nick posted above. A fantastic class.! The material was explained and demonstrated very well. Sonny is a fantastic teacher. He welcomes questions and describes why he recommends what he teaches....no ego, just a man who obviously loves what he does, and is seriously...
IMO it has nothing to do with selfish on your side or my side. It has to do with principle. You want to break into my home and take stuff or harm me or my own? If it were legal to protect my private property in particular I think I'd do everything possible to make sure you exit my property...
Chevy, Ford, Dodge, really up to you and what your budget is.
There are good Xbows from Excalibur, Parker and Horton from upper 2oo's and up. Some Recurve style and reverse limb compounds here, some are pretty quiet in the Excalibur recurve line. Excalibur and Parker have pretty nice...
Here are a few. The little buck and doe are twins from last year. If you look closely in this pic you'll see one reason why I built the varmint cage on the bottom of the feeder. That's one of the "small" problems. Racoon will empty 450 lbs of corn manually within 3 days - guess how I know?
Get a game camera for around the feeder. Bet the boys are coming in at night, and/or like the other poster said, skirting the area and slipping in later. Hunt the approaching, exiting routes. If it brings in the doe within about 3-4 weeks the bucks are going to start showing up as well.
Went ok. Didn't shoot at anything. Had my pick of 5 gobblers at about 9am on Friday decided to pass for now. They come around often enough. Mama Doe and this years baby came in (spots are almost gone). If that mama didn't have the baby she would have been on the ground - a real smarty...
